The warranty obligations of Bleaf Technologies for its products are limited to the terms set forth below:
What is Covered?
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in any of the products
What is Not Covered?
This limited warranty doesn’t cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire, improper packing and shipping (such claims must be presented to the carrier), lightning, power surges, and other extreme environmental conditions, corrosion, damage beyond repair, rusting, unauthorised modifications, neglect, accident, alteration, acts of God, spillage of liquid or food particles, faulty electric wiring/ cabling, abnormal voltage/ power supply beyond appliance specifications, damage/ breakage/ non-functioning of appliance thanks to rodents, rats, cockroaches and ants etc.
This limited warranty doesn’t cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from the installation or removal of this product from any installation, any unauthorized tampering with this product, any repairs attempted by anyone unauthorized by Bleaf Technologies to form such repairs, or the other cause which doesn’t relate on to a defect in materials and/or workmanship of this product.
It is imperative to note that all warranty services stand void if Branding or Markings on the merchandise are tampered with.
How Long Does This Coverage Last?
The warranty lasts 6 months from the date of purchase (Only the first purchaser of this product is extended the benefits of this limited warranty. This limited warranty isn’t transferable to subsequent purchasers or owners of this product.)
What Bleaf Technologies Will Do?
1. Technician visit – free (limited to 2)
2. Manufacturing defect or manufacturing issue with light – free replacement
3. Accidental or the other electrical issue – spare cost as per list
Post Warranty: Technician visit as per actuals
How to Obtain a Remedy Under This Limited Warranty: To get a remedy under this limited warranty, you must contact either the authorized Reseller/Distributor from whom you bought this product or Bleaf Technologies office nearest to you. Remedies can also be obtained by contacting us at: email@example.com.
To pursue any remedy under this limited warranty, you must have in your possession the original receipt with date of purchase as proof of purchase from a licensed Bleaf Technologies reseller. If it’s decided that this product should be returned to Bleaf Technologies, this product should be properly packed, preferably within the original carton, for shipping.
1. No returns are going to be offered on items that were delivered without any damages or defects.
2. If the merchandise is wrongfully delivered (different SKU rather than the SKU mentioned within the order confirmation) or features a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, then we extend full refund or re- fulfilling your order against the return of the merchandise subject to the very fact of such defect being established.
3. To report damage in transit, please get in-touch with our customer care within 24 hours of delivery (email us at firstname.lastname@example.org). Our customer care team will assess the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.
1. If you’ve got to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order. it’s impossible to cancel a part of your order. We recommend you cancel the whole order and re-purchase required quantities to simplify the transaction.
2. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge/bank transaction charge of 2.5% of your total order value.
3. Your receipt of an electronic or another sort of order confirmation doesn’t signify our final acceptance of your order and Bleaf Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, even when you have any of the aforementioned in your possession
4. Although we have an inventory management system in place to update you of the product availability status, as and when required, Bleaf Technologies Private Limited reserves its right at any time after receipt of your order, to tell you via telephone or email or mobile text about the shortfall in the quantities of any item that you may have ordered. Under such cases, we reserve our right to either supply you a lesser quantity of the order product/s or cancel your order with prior notice to you.
Bleaf Technologies Private Limited ships pan India with shipping charges being extra. Once the order is placed, it shall be dispatched within 5 to 7 business days from the date of order placement and these shipping durations are estimated to be anywhere around 7-10 business days, depending on the shipping destination in India.
In an event that the delivery address isn’t easily accessible, delivery time could also extend beyond our estimate as aforesaid.
For confirmation of delivery address, we may contact you on your email id or telephone number provided by you. We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Bleaf Technologies Private Limited isn’t responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of Bleaf Technologies Private Limited. We shall endeavour to make sure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned within the order confirmation. within the unlikely event that delivery isn’t possible for any reasons outside the control of Bleaf Technologies Private Limited, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force major events as laid out hereinafter, we shall inform you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by full refund.
1. Refunds are going to be made (i) within 14 working days from the date of receipt of returned goods if the order is already shipped (ii) within 14 working days from the date of cancellation of the order if the order isn’t yet shipped.
2. No refunds would tend if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are several failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
